Historic Hotel Bethlehem has invested in the Reme Halo Air Purification System throughout the entire Hotel in order to add an extra layer of protection for associates and guests.
All associates and guests must wear masks. Personal Protective Equipment (masks, gloves, sanitizer, cleaning supplies, etc.) are provided for all associates. We also conduct required daily temperature screenings for all associates.

The role is to ensure that each and every guest is served in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. This includes greeting guests, processing customer orders,, and fulfilling customer orders including scooping ice cream, making milkshakes, and selling other items in the store. This person will process customer transactions, resolve customer issues, and maintain the ice cream parlor by assessing and completing necessary cleaning tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Starting wage will be based on prior experience in a comparable role. Team Leader is paid a $2.00/hr shift differential from base wage.
SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong listening skills and patience
• Ability to deal well with people in a professional and courteous manner
• Experience using a point-of-sale system a plus
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in English. Proficiency in Open Table is a must. Excellent hospitality skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays.
There will be a pre-employment drug screen and a nationwide criminal background check. Previous employment will be verified and references will be thoroughly checked
