COVID-19 Safety Precautions 

Historic Hotel Bethlehem has invested in the Reme Halo Air Purification System throughout the entire Hotel in order to add an extra layer of protection for associates and guests. 

All associates and guests must wear masks. Personal Protective Equipment (masks, gloves, sanitizer, cleaning supplies, etc.) are provided for all associates. We also conduct required daily temperature screenings for all associates. 


The Tap Room Bar has added safety for bartender and guests with plexiglass windows and partitions installed on the bar. 


POSITION SUMMARY:

-Prepare Tap Room Bar with special attention to sanitation. 

-Give guests a 10/10 experience from start to finish. 

-Answer questions or make recommendations as it relates to the food and beverage menus.  

-Collaborate with restaurant servers, server assistant/expo, kitchen and other bar staff. 


Must have weekend availability.

Looking to fill all shifts (breakfast, lunch and dinner). 


Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $8.00/hour – this is a tipped position


SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Upscale bar/dining experience preferred

· RAMP Certified

· Strong customer service orientation

· Strong listening skills and patience

· Ability to interact well with people in a professional and courteous manner


QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in English. Proficiency in Open Table is a must. Excellent hospitality skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays.

There will be a pre-employment drug screen and a nationwide criminal background check. Previous employment will be verified and references will be thoroughly checked
